Invoices for clients anywhere
Pick the currency your client pays in: the common ones (INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD, CAD) are at the top, and every ISO currency your browser knows is listed below them. Choose a number format to match your client's country. The amount in words is written in the international style (million, thousand) for currencies other than the rupee.
In the PDF, amounts in rupees and most other currencies are written with the currency code, for example "INR 1,23,456.78". The built-in PDF font has no rupee sign, and the preview shows exactly the same text so there are no surprises. Dollar, euro and pound signs are printed as symbols.
Quotations
Choose Quotation to send an estimate with a "valid until" date. When the client agrees, press Convert to invoice: the items, prices and client details are copied into a new invoice with the next invoice number, and the quotation stays in your drafts.
Taxes, discounts and rounding
- A single tax line (for example VAT or sales tax) can be switched off for individual items.
- An invoice-wide discount is spread over the items in proportion to their value, so each line's taxable amount stays correct.
- All sums are calculated in whole paise or cents, so totals never drift by a fraction.
Registered under GST in India? Use the GST tax invoice maker, which adds GSTIN checks, place of supply and the CGST/SGST or IGST split.
Your drafts
Drafts save automatically in this browser a second after you stop typing. Open Drafts and backup to reopen, export or delete them. Clearing your browser data removes them, so export a backup file if you need to keep them.
